    We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / In house CPA for to join our team. As the CFO/CPA you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership. This is a key leadership role that requires strong financial acumen, analytical skills.

    A background in education or real estate would be an ideal fit.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the company's goals and objectives

    Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior leadership for decision-making purposes

    Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting .

    Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting and risk assessment

    Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

    Provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

    Proven experience as a CFO/CPA or in a similar senior finance role

    Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards (GAAP/IAS)

    Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic insights

    Proficient in fiscal management and budgeting processes

    Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics

    Exceptional communication and presentation skills
