Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure clear and concise communication of complex technical information.

Essential Qualifications:

We seek a highly skilled professional with experience in IT support and customer service.

You will possess strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with Excellent Communication skills.

Familiarity with ticket management systems such as AR System (formerly known as Remedy) is required.

This role is eligible for Remote work arrangements.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
