    Independent Optometrist Opportunity

    Launch your optometry services in Walmart stores, providing patient care for eye and vision needs, as well as general health and well-being.

    Your Autonomy:

    • Establish your practice days
    • Determine your hours of operation
    • Control your patient schedule
    • Set your fee schedule
    • Retain 100% of exam/professional fees

    Additional Support Options (for a fair market value):

    • Equipment and instrumentation
    • Administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows)

    Minimum Qualifications:

    To lease space inside our stores, you must meet the following requirements:

    • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
    • Valid state optometry license
    • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school (optional)
    • Valid state ophthalmology license (optional)

    Insurance and Certifications:

    • General Liability Certificate
    • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
    • W-9
