- Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patient's progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
- Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtain BSN within 5 years of hire
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred
