    Remote - Payroll Implementation Consultant

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. This role involves working directly with clients to understand their payroll requirements, configuring payroll software to meet these needs, and ensuring a smooth transition from their existing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a client-focused approach.
    Job Description:
    • Provide implementation support and guidance for Paycor and/or Paylocity payroll system.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll requirements and configure the system accordingly.
    • Assist clients in setting up payroll processes, including data integration, employee setup, tax setup, and paycheck processing.
    • Train clients on how to effectively use the Paycor and/or Paylocity payroll system.
    • Answer client inquiries and provide support throughout the implementation process.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for clients.
    • Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any implementation issues or escalations.
    • Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation related to payroll implementation.

    Essential Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in payroll implementation or consulting.
    • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    Desired Experience:
    • Previous experience working with Paycor and/or Paylocity payroll system.
    • Experience in training clients on payroll software.
    • Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems and integrations.
