plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct occupational therapy, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules regulations, and guidelines that govern a skilled nursing facilityparticipate in discharge planning, development and implementation of patient care plans, patient assessments, etc.

as necessarymaintain treatment records, patient files, and progress notes as requiredparticipate in the development and implementation of patient assessments and care plans, including quarterly reviewsRequired Qualifications:
