    CACI's C5-Solutions & Engineering Division is recruiting a Program Financial Analyst to join our SOCS SATCOM Network Support team.
    The Program Financial Analyst (PFA) is responsible for financial/administrative reporting for contracts and/or programs and distribution to customers/user organizations.

    Requirements may include program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multiyear planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.

    This role will require you to work on site three days per week in Fayetteville, NC and requires an active Secret Clearance.


    What You'll Get to Do:

    • Work collaboratively with and provide financial support to the program manager in the preparation and analysis of project financial and scheduling data.
    • Reviews contract awards and modifications to assure that accounting, billing finance and funding are aligned properly in the relevant systems.
    • Prepares project cost/schedule baselines, preparation of monthly program review and participates in Monthly PMR meetings.
    • Supports the development of annual operating plans and forecasts and support monthly, quarterly, and annual updates.
    • Identify and quantify any potential Risks and Opportunities not in the forecast.
    • Maintain contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.
    • Monitor progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met.
    • Support the monthly business rhythms of both the program and finance organizations.
    • Supports all customer and vendor requests for data in support of contract requirements and provides statistical reports with regards to client funding utilization.
    • Ensure propriety of employee and subcontractor labor charging.
    • Ensure that clients are billed on time and all charges are accurate and supported.
    • Responsible for all monthly accounts payable status and ensure timely and accurate posting of all month end accruals.
    • Help create and maintain program resource plan.

    More About the Role:

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures regarding project setup and update project information periodically as needed.
    • Primary focus is to ensure Annual Plan and Monthly Forecast submissions are accurately completed by the specified due dates. Review and final submission is completed by the higher level of Finance Management within NSIS Finance.
    • Perform routine and non-routine project financial reporting including, but not limited to: Project Profit and Loss Statements, Project Status Reports, Project Management Review (PMR) Reports, 75% Funding Notifications, Estimates to Complete, Estimates at Completion, Forecast and Budget Reports, Invoice Backup Reports, and various other client-specific reports.
    • This will include reviewing timecards, travel vouchers, payment allocations, funding statements, etc. to verify all entries are compliant with policies and procedures and building complex spreadsheets and "What If" scenarios etc.
    • Review, analyze, and advise PMs on price models provided by Pricing Dept.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and/or a minimum of 3 years' experience in project related finance planning and analysis
    • Active Secret clearance
    • Must be able to build forecast from the ground up including application of wrap rates and correct burdens.
    • Must be able to build reports and charts based on verbal guidance for various internal and external requirements.
    • Must build and maintain accurate forecasts for active programs.
    • Must be able to analyze plans, forecasts, actual costs, variances and communicate trends to the program, line, and financial management.
    • Must be able to prepare adjusting journal entries, reconcile various types of accounts and invoices in a timely manner.
    • Must be a quick study and highly adaptable problem solver to assist the Program Manager with the ever-changing needs of our clients.
    • Must be well experienced with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PIVOT Tables, etc.).

    These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

    • Experience with Deltek Costpoint, IBM COGNOS, and Oracle CAPS, Smartview, MS PowerPoint.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with a sustained high level of attention to detail
    • Strong time management, interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
