The Surgical Scheduling Coordinator is tasked with scheduling Mohs surgeries updating the pathology log contacting patients with benign and malignant results addressing phone notes patient inquiries providing pre- and post-operative education related to Mohs surgical procedures.This role requires promoting a friendly efficient environment for patients staff dermatologists checking patients in out collecting copayments managing visit balances.
