    Family Law Associate Attorney

    Qualifications

    • Licensed to practice law in CO
    • 2+ years of experience in family law preferred
    • Strong litigation and negotiation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases effectively
    • Passion for advocating for clients in emotionally charged situations

    Responsibilities

    • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases
    • Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
    • Conduct legal research and prepare for court hearings and trials
    • Advise clients on their legal rights and options, providing clear and compassionate guidance
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure the best outcomes for clients
