    Position Overview:


    As a key member of our finance team, the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our Dental Service Organization's growth and strategic objectives.

    This position is designed for a detail-oriented, analytical, and strategically-minded individual with a passion for finance and the dental healthcare industry.

    The FP&A Analyst will be instrumental in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance, as well as supporting the M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) process to drive our expansion and success.

    Key Responsibilities


    Financial Planning and Analysis:
    Develop and maintain financial models to support the organization's strategic initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
    Analyze financial data and performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting key financial and operational metrics.

    M&A Support

    Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisition targets, including financial analysis, valuation, and risk assessment.

    Support the integration of acquired entities from a financial perspective, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with our organization's financial practices and objectives.

    Collaborate with external advisors and internal teams during the M&A process to facilitate deal execution and post-merger integration.

    Strategic Initiatives

    Participate in the evaluation of strategic initiatives, including new market entries, service line expansions, and capital investments.
    Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategic decisions and position the organization for competitive advantage.

    Operational Support

    Work closely with operational leaders to understand financial impacts of operational decisions and identify opportunities for financial optimization.
    Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiencies and financial performance.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    2-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, consulting, or a related field. Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
    Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior management.
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Proven track record in supporting M&A activities, from due diligence to post-merger integration, is highly desirable
