The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production operations of the business location to ensure that cylinder gas needs of both internal and external customers are satisfied.What You Will Be Doing
Actively contribute to Linde's safety culture by ensuring plant operations are conducted in a safe and responsible manner,Maintain stocking levels of finished product and raw materials to ensure production requirements and lead times are achieved,
Drive productivity and continuously find ways to improve work processes throughout the operation to maximize plant capabilities and operational efficiency,
Develop talent by coaching, mentoring, providing feedback, and creating growth opportunities to improve employee performance
