Railhead is presently seeking multiple professionals to support a customer in the National Capital Region (NCR) who serves as head of the Intelligence Community, utilizing subject-matter experts in the areas of collection, analysis, acquisition, policy, human resources, and management
One of our immediate requirements is for a Senior Requirements Capture Manager

Responsibilities:

• Engage with ODNI and external customers either in person or by other means to capture mission needs through various techniques, and to interpret those needs to into actionable tasks for either the Data Analytics or Data Management Teams.
• Work with other team members to ensure needs are accurately conveyed in writing using industry-standard artifacts such as use case diagrams for more complex needs.
• This role can include travel to meet with customers at remote or neutral locations.
• This role is a cross-functional support role and can be assigned to teams as necessary

Qualifications:

US government Clearance:
Current Top Secret/SCI

• Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of experience; Master's degree and 10+ years of experience
