    Description

    We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Financials Business Analyst to join our dedicated CAPPS Financials upgrade project team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust business analyst background with a deep understanding of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and government fund accounting processes. While prior experience in a techno-functional role is not required, a focus on business acumen and the ability to comprehend complex business processes is essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct requirement analysis and review meetings with subject matter experts (SMEs).
    • Document complex system requirements, processes, test scenarios, test scripts, and training materials.
    • Perform hands-on testing and support multiple test cycles.
    • Serve as a backup on one or more of the Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or Asset Management modules.
    • Communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse team in a remote work environment.
    • Estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

    Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central

    Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) on implementation or upgrade projects.
    • 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger and Commitment Accounting.
    • 8 years of experience in identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents for key business stakeholders and SMEs.
    • 8 years of experience in conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
    • 8 years of experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
    • 8 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
    • 8 years of experience (at least 2) with MS Team and Channel communication with a large team.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • 4 years of experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
    • 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contracts.
    • 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
    • 2 years of experience with SharePoint.
    • 1 year of experience with Jira.
    • 1 year of experience working with the Scrum framework.
    • 1 year of experience with STAT.

    Terms of Service: Services are expected to start on 05/20/2024 and are expected to be completed by 08/31/2024.
