    ****What you will do:****

    The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for driving program success by assisting tenants and landlords who are applying for rent and mortgage assistance through a rental assistance program. As a CSR, you will provide timely and accurate information to applicants and program members via telephone in a professional manner, while simultaneous inputting data into an application system.

    We are looking for someone who has exceptional customer service skills. This person must be self-motivated, dependable, and have strong computer and interpersonal skills. This opening is remote, but specifically for candidates located in the Greater Baton Rouge Metropolitan area.

    ****Other Qualifications:****

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Excellent customer service skills or prior experience

    Polished phone etiquette, grammar, and solid computer data entry skills are required

    Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills

    Dependability is essential. Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history.

    Hunger for Customer Service Excellence

    Professional proficiency in the English language
