    About The Position

    Hours:

    8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday


    Location:
    Onsite in Doral, FL - Hybrid (3-4 days per week onsite)


    The Project Manager works closely with the CIO and IT management team, aiming for excellence in execution of assigned projects.

    The Project Manager is responsible for assisting the entire successful execution of process improvement projects, defining clear action items to move projects from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing.

    The Project Manager will work within the scope of responsibilities as dictated below with guidance and support from the CIO and the IT management team.

    Essential Functions

    Coordinates, oversees, and/or conducts project management in relevant areas of project assignment.

    Creation of documents such as:
    lessons learned, project plan, milestone list.
    Delivers basic training programs and/or creates training documents.
    Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    Collaborates with CIO and IT management team to prioritize projects and assemble necessary project resources.
    Meets with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
    Tracks progress at each step and successfully moves projects forward.
    Coordinates and/or manages time-sensitive projects.
    Manages and maintains project documents and data management.
    May be assigned to Waterfall or Agile projects as needed.
    Provides cross-functional data support as needed.
    Executes, monitors, and controls technical projects from original concept through final implementation.

    Communicates accurate and timely project accomplishments and overall project health to stakeholders via required measures and methods (such as status reports, metrics, checkpoints, portfolio reports, and scorecards).

    Ensures timely approvals and follow corporate and department standards, policies, and procedures.
    Reviews project deliverables, especially technical artifacts.
    Manages technical vendor team, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
    Plans, coordinates, and tracks status of the migration jobs (workflows, mappings, and sessions)
    Maintains schedule of bundled applications
    Is reliable, engaged, and provides feedback as to improve processes and policies.
    Attends all department, team, and weekly company meetings as required.

    Oversight of 3rd party system integrator Deployment communication, if needed
    May perform any additional responsibilities or special projects as required.
    Duties and responsibilities may be subject to change based upon the needs of the department.

    Requirements

    5 years' of Project Management or related experience
    Bachelor's degree in related subject
    Intermediate computer skills to include MS Office and project management software
    Experience with expanded PM roles, working cross functionally with complex deliverables including dependencies
    Working knowledge of JIRA application
    Working knowledge of IT Technical software implementations

    Pay range and Compensation Package

    Pay ranges may vary depending on location. The general pay range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 per year salary. Actual compensation depends on education, experience, and relevant skills.
