    Description

    Education:

    • College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related field preferred or similar experience

    Computer Skills:

    • A+ Certification or similar a must Other Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies: (include the ability to manage and supervise staff, if required; the ability to travel or speak foreign languages, if necessary, etc.)
    • Minimum 3-5 years previous technical experience
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to carry/lift/move up to 50 lbs. on occasion, depending on product or materials.
    • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to occasionally work overnight shifts and weekends as needed on a team rotation schedule.
    • Travel required up to 60% in the Tri-state area
    • Bilingual Spanish a plus
    • Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually.
    • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
    • Availability to support the Production Team outside of working hours if needed.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

    SUMMARY:
    The IT support analyst will help end-users resolve technical problems.

    Some of the analyst's responsibilities include:

    • Responding to technical queries and issues.
    • Resolving problems promptly.
    • Providing technical recommendations. The IT support analyst will provide exceptional customer service and efficiently perform user administrative responsibilities. A good IT support analyst should also display excellent problem-solving skills and a solid knowledge of IT solutions.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    • Performing analysis of root causes
    • Microsoft SharePoint Administration
    • End-user support and troubleshooting
    • ITSM ticketing system recording detail.
    • Respond to tickets within the SLA policy timeframe.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
    • Laptop/PC imaging creation and deployment
    • Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
    • Microsoft Office 365 Office Administration
    • Windows Server , Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
    • VoIP and PBX telephone system configurations
    • Layer 2 Networking skills, switching, VLANs.
    • Printer mapping and configurations
    • Zebra label printer troubleshooting
    • Copier and Printer configurations
    • Enforce company security policies.
    • Employee onboarding and termination processing
    • Create technical documentation for procedures. iPhone configurations and deployment
