Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - OT Outpatient
Shift: Variable / 8's or 10's (7a-5:30p), 40 hrs per week Length: 13 weeks
2-3 days per week outpatient and 2 days per week inpatient
Requirements:

OR License
1 year experience
Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Occupational Therapy Association, and holds a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible
BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, or certification by NBCOT required
BLS
Certified Hand Therapist or hands experience is a plus but not a requirement

POSITION PURPOSE:The Occupational Therapist is responsible for patient evaluation, development and follow through of treatment plans to support the mission of Salem Health.
Required:EMR:-Electronic EMR, Epic preferred
Education:-BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, or certification by NBCOT required.
Licenses/ Certification/ Registration:- Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Occupational Therapy Association, and holds a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible.
