    Job Description Technical Support Engineer


    The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for supporting commercial activities by providing accurate technical support and guidance for customer projects.

    They will work closely with the sales team and customers directly.

    :


    • Working collaboratively with the sales team to provide technical support on system projects
    • Working closely with customers to define requirements and generate all relevant technical quotes
    • Drafting design drawings from original request to final approval using CAD software
    • Creation and assignment of new part numbers and descriptions
    • Supporting the manufacturing team with system testing for our custom solutions to ensure the meet our high standard of performance and quality
    • Defining and performing Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) of large systems prior to delivery and installation
    :


    • Two years" experience working in a similar or related industry
    • Working knowledge of common chemical engineering processes such as distillation and chemical synthesis
    • Excellent time management and multi
    -tasking skills

    • Strong analytical ability
    • Domestic travel within U.S. to customer"s sites and occasional international travel
