**Job Description:**
Bard Manufacturing Company, a leading manufacturer of commercial Heating and Air Conditioning systems has an immediate opening for a Custodian in our Madison, Ga. facility. This is a 1st Shift - 10 hour, 4 day week schedule Monday-Thursday 10:00am-8:30pm. Candidate must be able to work overtime when needed, which may include Fridays and Saturdays

The Custodian Job is responsible for performing custodial duties throughout the facility.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition by performing the following:
Maintain floors in a clean state by sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming and mopping.
Collecting and taking out trash.
Clean, sanitize: bathrooms, break areas and training room.
Utilizes the bathroom machine to deep clean all bathrooms 3 times per week.
Clean and service custodial equipment as needed.
Dust office furniture.
Cleaning windows.
Clean, sanitize, microwaves and refrigerators.
Order needed cleaning supplies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Experience and Skills:**
**Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications**
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for many hours.
Physically agile and dexterous.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable squatting, twisting, bending, and kneeling.
Possess working knowledge of the methods, technique, and materials used in custodial work.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Must be self-motivated.
Using equipment: commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners.
Resilient to cleaning agents and chemicals.
