    Witco is seeking a

    Program Specialist

    to join our Community Employment Team in Ada County.

    The Specialist will work closely with Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation doing job development for people with disabilities. Must possess the skills to be a strong leader, creative,

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
    Participate in the design and development of programs and serves based on Witco's vision, mission and values.

    Markets programs to agencies, schools and the general public to generate a client base.


    Ensures that clients entering services receive excellent intake and based on their wishes and intake data develop that plan of service.

    Achieve Budget Goals

    Direct, oversee and evaluate all services provided ensuring that goals are met and measured.

    Develop and provide discovery and transition services including job development and placement.

    Serve as team leader selecting, training, supervising and mentoring mission-based services staff.


    Requirements:
    Undergraduate degree in in human services field, mental health, social services, or business.

    Two years of administrative and supervisory experience in disability services, marketing or sales.

    Experience with moving clients into community employment

    Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication

    Ability to work as an effective team player is essential.


    SUPERIOR QUALIFICATIONS
    Experience working with state and government agencies

    Experience in marketing and building new programs

    Experience with budget/expense processes

    1-2 years of Personnel Management Experience preferred

    Training in behavior management.
