- Manage all aspects of roadway design projects
- Manage/coordinate staff duties
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Assist with marketing/business development (proposal writing, trade show/conference attendance)
- Meet/exceed client expectations
- Participate in state/regional professional associations
- Develop/design roadway projects for state/local clients
- Develop time-saving design processes to be utilized by other engineers to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- PE License or ability to obtain within 12 months
- 2+ years of INDOT roadway design experience
- Proficient in Microstation OpenRoads or other roadway design software
- Project management experience preferred
- Pavement design experience preferred
