Job Description:

At EnerBank, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing telephone support to customers regarding their account activity.

EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides telephone support for customers
• Counsels customers regarding loan accounts
• Documents conversations with customers and actions taken
• Processes customer payments via phone
• Preforms customer account maintenance requests
• Reviews and notes accounts for customer correspondence
• May perform other assigned tasks

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to learn additional systems including, ServLoan and Unifi
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
• Ability to work on a team
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

This position is available as follows:

*Candidates applying and hired post February 1st, 2023 will qualify for a $1,500 sign on bonus, to be paid 30 days post hire, until current vacancies are filled.

*Full Time hours only of 8:30a-5:00p MST, Monday through Friday.

*Can be worked from Salt Lake City, UT / Provo, UT, or Offsite remotely within the USA.
