    At Harvis, Inc.

    Our client, Rainbow International of State College, is looking for a highly motivated, customer service-driven individual to join the team as an Outside Sales Associate.

    At Rainbow, we use advanced restoration techniques and equipment to restore property after fire / water / smoke damage. When disaster strikes, our community can rely on rapid and professional restoration by our team.

    The position responsibilities include:
    Identify prospective customers;
    Review services available to meet the prospective customer's needs;
    Engage in discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations, i.e. lunch and learn sessions;
    Coordinate and participate in special marketing or sales events;
    Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on the Company's portfolio of services.

    Experience and Skills:

    Required Skills and Experience:
    Proven sales experience (3-5 years).
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
    Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide customized solutions.
    Computer literacy.
