    Our client in the Wilmington, Ma area is looking to add a customer focused, detailed oriented sales professional to their team As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. You'll be responsible for coordinating sales-related tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing outstanding customer service.     Responsibilities
    • Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
    • Assist in the preparation and execution of sales proposals, contracts, and other documents.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales orders.
    • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support the sales team.
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing sales materials.
