- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Source and recruit candidates by using traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Maintain current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.
- Maintain application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years previous work-related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills required, Outlook, Excel, Work, Email and ADP.
- Data entry accuracy, detail orientated and extremely organized all a must.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
