Description

This role will work across all departments and collaborate across the organization to identify, screen, and hire talent as well as build talent pipelines for upcoming areas of need.

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

• Source and recruit candidates by using traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Maintain current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.
• Maintain application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1-3 years previous work-related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills required, Outlook, Excel, Work, Email and ADP.
• Data entry accuracy, detail orientated and extremely organized all a must.

• Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
