    - $40 per hour A bit about us: A well established manufacturing company is seeking an Electrical Technician to support production operations at a high volume facility in northeastern Pennsylvania.

    This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production.

Stable, growing operation with long term investment in people, equipment, and technology Modern manufacturing environment with exposure to automation, PLCs, and advanced plastic processing equipment Day shift schedule with Monday through Friday availability Competitive hourly pay with opportunities to grow as your technical skills expand Hands on role where your troubleshooting and ideas directly impact uptime and performance Supportive team culture that values safety, training, and continuous improvement Opportunity to become a subject matter expert on specialized equipment and systems Job Details Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic issues on production machinery Interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, manuals, and engineering documentation Observe equipment in operation to identify root causes of failures Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life Improve Mean Time to Repair and Mean Time Between Failures Install, test, and maintain electrical systems, panels, switchboards, and plant power distribution Maintain electrical parts and supplies inventory Complete shift handoffs and maintenance documentation using a computer Support production goals through timely and effective electrical maintenance Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with site policies Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and SQF/FDA requirements within scope of work Assist with mechanical maintenance tasks as needed Train and support other technicians and production staff on electrical systems Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Technical Requirements Strong knowledge of electrical and control systems Proven troubleshooting and fault finding ability Experience supporting PLC based automation systems, preferably Beckhoff or Siemens Ability to configure or modify HMI systems Understanding of Pennsylvania Electrical Code and electrical standards Basic computer skills and ability to complete maintenance reports Strong communication and time management skills Interested in hearing more?
