    To unlock our build potential, and enable a world-class onboarding experience, we're seeking an experienced onboarding partner to help gain traction on short-and-long-term priorities, and deliver on high priority efforts/initiatives.

    Influence and drive success against priorities through data-driven approaches and strategic planning
    Design and execute high-impact initiatives that support the user experience
    Develop misc onboarding related content and comms (e.g. checklists, emails, wikis, etc.)
    Establish, foster and maintain XFN partnerships with key onboarding stakeholders
    Build and implement processes, systems and improvements across XFN teams and stakeholders
    BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience in L&D for adult professionals

    Experience with the design and development of content and programs
    Experience building culture and community
    Experience working with data and measurement, analysis and best practices
    Project management (PMP cert a plus)
