Talis Group's client is an Automotive supplier renowned for its strong quality standards and lean culture. They are seeking a talented Supply Chain Manager to join their team. Company offers competitive salary at $110-$130k, profit sharing, full benefit package and relocation assistance. Highlighted Duties:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee and direct all aspects of Purchasing, Material Planning, Customer Service, Shipping/Receiving, and Warehouse operations.
• Inventory Management: Lead Buyers to ensure appropriate material levels for ongoing production and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Vendor Management: Ensure effective negotiation, development, and management of vendor relationships.
• Customer Satisfaction: Manage the Customer Service Team to meet controls and deliverables, ensuring exceptional service.
• Logistics Supervision: Provide direction, supervision, and training to the Shipping/Receiving Team, including freight management and customs compliance.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring adherence and training.
• Performance Tracking: Develop and present KPIs for all responsible departments to drive continuous improvement.

Highlighted Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing and Supply Chain roles.
• Proven ability to lead, organize, and supervise teams effectively.
• Prior experience in an Automotive industry required
• Excellent computer skills required. MS Word, Excel and MRP systems
• Ability to manage demand planning and forecasting processes effectively.
