Job summary
We're looking for a Senior Oracle Technical Lead who's ready to shape the future of our enterprise platforms and cloud foundation. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll own technical direction and guide engineering teams. You'll work closely with architecture security and delivery leaders to ensure technology strategy aligns with business goals.This position is located in our Lafayette LA or Knoxville TN office or Fairfax VA; however hybrid working model is acceptable.
The job involves providing technical leadership for enterprise platforms and cloud initiatives owning technical direction design decisions and solution quality ensuring platform stability resiliency performance and security driving standardization automation and continuous improvement leading operational processes such as patching cycles guiding provisioning configuration lifecycle management of OCI resources supporting disaster recovery architecture execution mentoring engineers influencing technical best practices communicating status risks recommendations to executive stakeholders planning work for team members leading weekly team meetings tracking progress coordinating work related to OCI patching environment maintenance.
