The
Senior Project Manager
is responsible for leading projects in support of the Aftermarket Americas Operations Team, utilizing project management fundamentals, excellent communication and coordination internally and externally, from initial project kick off through delivery.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within an engineering, heavy industrial or construction firm.
Experience working in a highly engineered, technical industry.
Experience in financial aspects of project management (i.e. delivering within project margin, variance, cash flow projections).
High moral and ethical standards, demonstrating teamwork and respect, and consistently setting an example for compliance to regulations and requirements.
Strong work ethic and the ability to set and achieve goals in an automonous manner.Relates well to all kinds of people at all levels of the organization and with customers; builds constructive and effective relationships.
Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.Effective in a variety of formal and informal presentation settings; one-on-one, small and large groups, inside and outside the organization.
Logical problem-solving skills, outstanding organizational skills and dedication to quality and integrity.Ability to quickly assess complex issues and identify root causes/key success factors.
Successful negotiation experience while building relationships.
Excellent software skills including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP.
Able to travel on occasion.
Experience working in a matrix organization where influence and indirect leadership are use ed to accomplish organizational objectives.

Project management certification.
Experience in air and gas handling and movement industry
