Job Title - Product Engineer

Job Location - Boston, Massachusetts (Hybrid Role)

Type: W2 contract

Experience with a big company with matrix structures, having already worked with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.

Deep understanding of SW product development life cycle/process

Experience as a Product Owner using an agile environment.

Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, preferably software or robotics-related, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with no industry-relevant experience.

Nice to Have:

Experience with a big company with matrix structures, having already worked with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.

Deep understanding of SW product development life cycle/process

Experience as a Product Owner using an agile environment.

Experience building and prioritizing the backlog.

Familiarity with one or more coding languages, preferably C++.

Medical product development experience including hands-on experience with medical/surgical devices/instruments; familiarity with medical device regulations including IEC 62304.

Experience SDLC processes and tools including JIRA, Git, JAMA, Bitbucket (Stash) and Bamboo

Ability to work with QA to ensure testing meets Quality and Regulatory needs.

Ability to manage, track and upgrade multiple hardware and software configurations.

Ability to work with Systems, Mechanical, Electrical and Software engineers when discovering, documenting, and resolving integration issues.
