    This CSR - Client Experience Specialist position starts at a competitive wage of $15-$24/hr, depending on experience.     A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR - CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

    In this vital customer service role, you are the detail person We cannot provide our clients with the very best in HVAC and plumbing services without you being attentive to details and keeping our office running smoothly. And, your friendly customer service makes our clients happy to do business with us. You are a people person who is also good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized.

    You perform a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues for customers. But, really, it's not what you do, but how you do it. You are proactiveseeing what needs to be done and doing it. You enjoy your job as you are never bored and get great satisfaction out of keeping everything in order

    WORK SCHEDULE

    The hours for this position vary on a rotating basis. The shifts are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, and 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Customer service experience of 4+ years
    • Basic phone etiquette skills
    Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience? If so, then you might just be perfect for this CSR - Client Experience Specialist position
