Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our dynamic team.

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure solutions on GCP to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect scalable and efficient network architectures that meet business requirements.


Responsibilities:

Design and implement Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) networks on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to provide secure and isolated environments for applications and services.

Configure and manage firewall rules, security policies, and access controls to safeguard network traffic and prevent unauthorized access to resources.

Establish and maintain Interconnect connections between on-premises data centers and GCP regions to enable high-speed, low-latency network connectivity.

Define and allocate subnets, IP address ranges, and routing configurations within VPC networks to optimize network traffic flow and minimize latency.

Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to automate network provisioning, configuration, and management tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and techniques.

Monitor network performance, traffic patterns, and security incidents using GCP-native monitoring and logging tools and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and optimize resource utilization.

Troubleshoot network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure uptime and reliability of network infrastructure.
Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and GCP networking features to continuously improve network designs and implementations.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Network Engineer, with specific expertise in designing and managing network infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).In-depth knowledge of GCP networking concepts, including Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Firewall rules, Interconnect, Subnets, and routing protocols.

Hands-on experience with GCP networking services such as Cloud VPN, Cloud Router, Cloud DNS, and Cloud Load Balancing.
Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices, including encryption, authentication, authorization, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in network troubleshooting, packet analysis, and performance tuning using network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certification(s) such as Google Certified Professional Cloud Network Engineer (preferred).Please send your resume to to apply for this job.
