    Job Scope and Accountabilities:

    • Primarily responsible for leading and managing procurement projects.
    • Playing a key role in the supporting the growth of SAI360 through in-depth financial analysis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provides sourcing process expertise and analytics, leads pricing discussions and negotiations.
    • Working closely with key stakeholders to lead sourcing programs, including guiding procurement activities such as sourcing, RFx and overall project management.
    • Maintain and improve on contract organization and reporting.
    • Driving the sourcing strategy for regional products and services.
    • Lead sourcing events in area of oversight including RFx creation with regards to execution of bid events.
    • Work with key stakeholders to identify global / regional category spend and drive joint annual sourcing savings by and across regions.
    • Responsible for contract review of various agreements and leading all aspects of indirect contract and price negotiations and ongoing contract administration.
    • Conduct supplier negotiations and participate in the contract execution process, resolving problems, mitigating delays, mediating disputes, and escalating issues.
    • Manages ongoing vendor relationships with business and functional leads.
    • Negotiates skillfully in situations with both internal and external parties; can win concessions while maintaining relationships; can be direct and forceful as well as diplomatic.
    • Complete other projects as assigned/needed.

    Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
    • Hands-on work experience in procurement, financial analysis or similar role.
    • Power-user proficiency in Excel; Office 365.
    • Ability to dive deep into data and craft analysis that provides the narrative to and recommendations for financial data points.
    • Experience working within a global company and team to provide relevant data for all regions, including currency conversion.

    Interpersonal Skills:

    • Strong organizational and tracking skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required along with the ability to collaborate within a remote-work environment throughout all levels of the organization.
    • Experience working with teams across a global landscape.
    • Meticulous eye for detail and accuracy of data.
    • Ability to multi-task and meet tight timelines in a fast-paced, growing global company.
    • Self-starter, highly motivated, with the ability to work independently, as well as within the Finance team. Must be able to partner across all departments in a growing, fast-paced global company.
