    Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Willow Point Nursing Home

    About the Job: ACI Federal Inc. is currently seeking experienced LPNs for a rewarding opportunity at a reputable Rehabilitation & Nursing Center client in Vestal, NY. This position is exclusively for local candidates.



    Job Duties:

    • Assist new residents in acclimating to the unit, philosophy, and objectives of Willow Point Nursing Home.
    • Report any incidents or changes in residents' condition to the Charge Nurse and document them in progress notes.
    • Engage in discussions with the Charge Nurse on clinical matters related to resident care.
    • Collaborate within the interdisciplinary team to develop, execute, and assess care plans.
    • Observe, document, and communicate progress or variations in residents' conditions.
    • Adjust the care plan when necessary.
    • Administer and distribute medications (excluding IV) to residents, monitoring effects and efficiency.
    • Handle and track controlled substances.
    • Maintain nursing and administrative records.
    • Participate in staff meetings and training programs.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Graduation from a program approved by the New York State Education Department, eligible for LPN licensure in the state.
    • COVID vaccination mandatory.


    Job Types Available: Part-time, Temporary, Full-time

    Standard Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Overnight

    Supplemental Schedule: Extended hours, Holidays, Overtime

    Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotating weekends, Weekends as needed
