Job summary
We are a physician-led practice that brings hospital-level wound care directly to the patient's home,assisted living, or group home. You will manage a patient panel across the Valley (Phoenix, Scottsdale,
Mesa, Glendale, and surrounding areas). You aren't just changing bandages; you are a clinical specialist performing high-impact procedures to prevent amputations and 'close the gap' in chronic wound healing.
- Bedside Procedures: Perform sharp debridement and application of Cellular and Tissue-Based Products (CTPs/Grafting).
- Comprehensive Assessment: Manage complex diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs), venous leg ulcers (VLUs), and pressure injuries.
