- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration; or equivalent combination of relevant, college-level coursework and applied experience required
- 3 years' directly-related compensation experience in a Human Resources department setting
- Excellent computer skills. Requires advanced skills in Excel and intermediate to advanced skills in Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Master's Degree
- PHR, or SPHR/equivalent preferred
- Experience with administration of compensation programs in multiple entity preferred
- Administration of compensation programs in multiemployer/union plan environment is preferred
- Experience in a Healthcare setting preferred
