Superintendent Responsibilities**
Oversee and manage multi-family high-rise construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
Monitor and enforce safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment
Direct and supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success
**Sr. Superintendent Essential Job Functions**
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Manage and resolve any construction issues or conflicts that arise
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely project completion
Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and daily logs
Superintendent Skills
10 years of experience in local multi-family high-rise construction, with a bonus for structural concrete expertise
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
Proficient in project management software and tools
