    Manager's Job Description: $19/hr Temp to engage No vaccine requirements.

    Looking for someone with mailroom and/or graphics experience, a strong work ethic, personable, and can maintain stellar attendance.

    Responsibilities include customer service, mail sorting and distribution, postage metering, FedEx shipping, hand stuffing envelopes, bindery & printing support, file services.

    Some heavier lifting and moderate time standing & walking. Lifting up to 50 lbs. with assistance available from another team member is available.

    No driving is required. The dress code is Business casual:Jeans are allowed and generally expected in the production environment.

    Khakis or other lightweight pants are also allowed. Shorts are only allowed for mailroom personnel on days above80 degrees.

    Comfortable shoes should be worn, which includes clean tennis shoes or boots.

    Open toe shoes orsandals may not be worn in the production area, so are not allowed.Button down or Polo shirts are the preferred shirt, although a clean T-shirt will be allowed.

    No holes or questionable language may be printed on the shirt.Hats should not be worn while working.

    Please remember that you may be frequently reaching above your head or bending over whileworking.

    It is recommended that your shirt always meet the waistband of your pants.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Use of postage meter, FedEx Ship Manager software, copier equipment, calculator, desktop computer.
    - Sending and receiving daily mail and packages via USPS and courier.
    - Distribute mail & packages to designated office drop-off points (mail stops) daily.
    - Computer use including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & Adobe Acrobat DC Pro software.
    - Answer customer questions regarding costs and best ways for outbound mailing & shipping.
    - Hand stuffing inserts into envelopes for daily mailings.
    - Perform binding and finishing work when needed.
    - Opening, saving, and transferring computer files based on established protocols.
    - Maintain records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
    - Deliver completed copy jobs to pre-determined customer locations within the site.
    - Maintain daily meter and service logs.
    - Answer department phone lines as needed.
    - Cash register and transaction log entry.
    - Perform other duties as assigned.

    WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
    - Office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a normal range of temperature with frequent graphics equipment noise.
    - Physical stamina is required which may involve long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, or similar activities as well as occasionally lifting and moving items weighing up to 50-55 lbs.
    - Walking outside between adjacent company buildings.
    - Moderate dexterity needed for regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination, hand stuffing envelopes).
    - Requires high school diploma or GED and at least 1–2 years of related experience.

    - Intermediate desktop computer skills
    - Good organizational skills plus the ability to prioritize and work independently to complete projects
    - Good mathematical and filing skills
    - Prior mail handling and printing experience preferred.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Requires high school diploma or GED and1-2 years of related work experience.

    Minimum of 2 years experience in legal industry is highly desired.

    ABILITY TO PROVIDE AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, UTILIZING STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE, PERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

    Some related copy job experience is preferred. May require valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.

    Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred.

    Ability to utilize a mixture of hardware and software to support functions such as cost recovery, document management and advanced workflow.

    Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.

    Basis electronics knowledge is preferred.

    Possesses ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects.

    Possesses ability to determine correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming materials.

    Possesses ability to comprehend instructions concerning mail delivery.

    Possesses troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    Possesses ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of manuals, parts books and related publications.

    Possesses excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
