We are seeking an experienced VP Talent Acquisition to join our team in Chicago IL USA . As Vice President of Talent Acquisition you will play a critical role in shaping firms human capital management by employing creative sourcing technics to identify and attract world class tech talent (quant researchers engineers and applicable technologists). You will act as a strategic talent partner executing on all firms technical hiring needs engage exceptional talent that aligns with firms expansion plans while understanding business priorities develop innovate strategies to attract engage prospects with focus on strategic hard-to-fill roles lead global sourcing executive recruiting functions in complex matrixed centric organization research investigate markets managing maintaining industry talent mapping intel drive proactive workforce planning talent pipelining partnership business leaders oversee employee on boarding process background checks orientation preparation new hire packages documentsThis position requires strong communication coaching stakeholder management skills effective oral written communication ability listen effectively intermediate advanced skills Microsoft Outlook Word Excel Power Point ability manage priorities workflow versatility flexibility willingness work constantly changing priorities enthusiasm Bachelor degree accredited college university minimum 8+ years recruiting experience highly technical verticals deep appreciation art candidate engagement investigating markets talent mapping organizations understanding candidate motivations guiding candidates critical hiring decisions familiarity executive search full cycle recruitment internal mobility workforce planning.
