- Regularly interacting with customers, Service Advisors, other Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates, and Managers.
- Performing vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks as per the repair order with efficiency and precision, following dealership and factory standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining regular communication with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to effectively manage workflow and customer interactions.
- Identifying and repairing any malfunctions, with customer authorization.
- Conducting comprehensive inspections and providing appropriate recommendations to guarantee the safety and reliability of customer vehicles.
- Documenting all work carried out on each vehicle in the repair order.
- Staying updated on factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training sessions when necessary.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience to foster loyalty.
- Achieving the targeted Customer Satisfaction Index.
- Effective time management skills to meet and surpass targets.
- A strong drive to excel.
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs.
- A team player dedicated to offering outstanding customer service.
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Hold a valid in-state driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
