- Prioritize safety above all else.
- Operate a 20-ton overhead crane to efficiently load and unload steel plates from trucks.
- Rigging experience.
- This position will move, rotate and flip large structural weldments.
- Handle loading and unloading tasks for laser and kinetic tables.
- Utilize forklifts to move pallets and parts with precision.
- Perform yard truck and trailer operations for plate transportation between buildings.
- Complete necessary paperwork using our ERP system.
- Demonstrate consistent availability for work.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Experience using tape measures and calipers.
- Strong math skills.
- Safety-focused mindset.
- Capable of operating overhead cranes, forklifts, or stand-up equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
- Regular tasks involve standing, walking, and reaching.
- Specific vision abilities required for close, distance, and color vision.
