    The Project Manager is responsible for managing all onsite construction activities including direct hire and subcontract work in accordance with contract requirements, and established policies, procedures, systems on projects.


    Responsibilities include:
    Safety Leadership which include daily personal engagement focused on zero injury culture and philosophy
    Contracts compliance, with-in the allocated budget
    Planning leadership for daily, weekly and overall project planning from project initiation to completion and turnover.
    Leadership and supervision of a construction management and technical staff typical for very large projects.
    Assure team is focused on achieving safety, quality, cost and schedule goals.
    Leadership aimed at instilling craft planning processes on the project to achieve high craft productivity and overall cost management.
    Leadership to achieve an effective onsite craft and supervisor training and mentoring program.
    Project setup and subcontracting strategy, shop drawing review and processing.
    Timely and effectively managing contract changes.
    Typically will have multiple area Construction Manager reports on projects greater than $500 million.

    May serve as the proposal manager of medium-sized construction projects which will include developing construction and project execution plans and strategies.

    Qualifications
    BS Construction Management or equivalent construction management experience.
    Working knowledge of the respective industry
    Personal commitment to Safety philosophy that all accidents are preventable.
    Strong communication skills to achieve project alignment with internal and external organizations including engineering, subcontractors and client representatives.
    Experience and understanding of CII best practices
    Working knowledge of planning and scheduling processes
    Minimum 10 years of Construction Management experience
