    Principal Duties and Responsibilities


    • Collect and analyze data related to operational processes, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Assist in conducting root cause analyses to determine the underlying causes of problems.
    • Assist in managing CI projects, including planning, monitoring progress, and timely completion.
    • Document Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), process changes, and improvement recommendations.

    Job Skills


    • Competence in collecting, organizing, and managing data related to operational processes and performance metrics.
    • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and principles for improvement.
    • Ability to think critically and evaluate situations objectively to make informed decisions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to address changes, conduct root causes analyses, and implement effective solutions.
    • Intermediate level Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) experience.

    Working Conditions


    • Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.
    • The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25F to 110F.
    • Lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 50 lbs.
    • Production demands may require evening or weekend scheduling.
