The Role
As the Sales Director of Enterprise Accounts (Agency of Record), you will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing large, enterprise-wide prospects and qualified sales leads for Unlock Health's health system/hospital target segment.
You will be responsible for helping to develop Unlock's reputation, visibility, and relationship with key high-value target prospects across the country.
You'll be comfortable developing trusted partnerships with the Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Marketing level clients.You will have a keen understanding of the entire Unlock Health offering, and look to engage these prospects in Agency of Record or large integrated opportunities that utilize multiple aspects of our capabilities and service offering.
This may include a number of areas such as strategic consultation and branding, creative concept and campaign work, omnichannel media programs, content strategy and execution, digital and website, and even managed care consulting.
The goal is to drive numerous areas of engagement within a single client and be their "one stop shop".
The ideal candidate must be creative, curious, healthcare-savvy, and have a strong sense of developing deep interpersonal relationships and trust between prospects and the agency.
They should understand how creative services, marketing technologies, and data can come together to create differentiated value in this rapidly-evolving environment.
We're looking for someone who already knows and understands the health system challenges, and can deliver Unlock Health as a clear solution to their situation and reduce their barriers to growth.
This role will be part of a larger sales team selling specific solutions versus the totality of what we offer across all our capabilities.
What You'll DoCreate and cultivate relationships with a list of senior executive decision-makers at high-value targets in key markets nationally
Uncover and develop opportunities for AOR and cross-line of business enterprise client relationships
Work closely with Unlock Health executive team, heads of lines of business, and account teams to facilitate smooth transition of opportunities into client engagements, staying connected throughout
Build personal thought leadership (leveraging Unlock Health content as useful) to demonstrate credibility and visibility across the provider industry
Establish awareness amongst high-value targets and leverage existing contacts ("rolodex") for prospecting
Maintain an updated sales funnel and pipeline of opportunities to be updated on a regular/weekly basis in Salesforce
Integrate with marketing, sales, and growth operations team throughout the proposal and pitch process
Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related healthcare field
Previous health system client-side experience, past client-side CMO or senior marketing roles preferred
Ideal candidate will have a positive reputation and awareness within the healthcare/health system vertical, with a "rolodex" or contact list of potential close in prospects and relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful sales presentations
Ability to motivate oneself to perform is key in this role
Critical thinker, self-starter, ambitious, curious, proactive
Nice to Have
Past sales experience and proven results a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce for contact input and reporting a plus
