    About the Position

    The Social Creative Team within our Creative Group produces engaging, impactful, thoughtful, exciting, and elevated content to represent a Fortune 30 brand across various social platforms. As an ASSOCIATE PRODUCER on this team, you should be equal parts nimble producer, creative storyteller, effective project manager, and social media aficionado. The right candidate will be detail-oriented with an ability to work collaboratively with others and be able to maintain a professional presence with executives daily. And while the focus will be on social media, we see the role as broader - supporting our digital production team holistically from end to end in a highly collaborative environment.

    Requirements

    What you'll be responsible for:
    • Be a trend expert across all social platforms with an ability to bring relevant, brand appropriate ideas to the table.
    • Project Management across all creative projects for the Social CreativeTeam. This includes, but is not limited to: Research, development, timelines, project tracking, trafficking materials and versions, managing scopes, and more.
    • Supporting various productions - both photo & video - as needed.
    • Hiring, arranging and organizing crew members and supervising production personnel as needed
    • Provide support retrieving critical information from the business to ensure accuracy in content produced along with producing photo/video shoots in partnership with a broader producing team as needed.
    The skills and experience you should have:
    • 2+ years relevant social media content production experience.
    • Detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to handle a high-volume workload
    • Strong project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects and workflows.
    • Ability to work effectively in both a quick-turn newsroom-like atmosphere as well as part of longer range produced projects.
    • Ability to produce effective content quickly and extremely detail-oriented.
    It's a plus if you have:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Experience using Airtable as a project management platform a plus.
