    Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is one of the largest multi-disciplinary groups in the country whose main purpose is to nurture and embolden the healthcare providers who take care of the most fragile and vulnerable patients in New York City.     PAGNY is comprised of over 4,000 physicians and healthcare professionals who provide services to NYC Health + Hospitals (H+H), the largest public health system in the United States.     NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi is the largest public hospital in the Bronx (500+ beds) and a Level 1 Trauma Center. NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi is a major academic affiliation and teaching site of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Recognized as the regional hyperbaric center and regional snakebite center for the tri-state area, Jacobi offers state of the art medical care, delivered with compassion, dignity, and respect. From preventive medicine to cutting-edge specialty services, Jacobi provides first class care in a wide range of services and specialties.


    Anesthesiology services provided include obstetrical, general and regional anesthesia as well as emergency and trauma anesthesia.

    The CRNA will have the unique opportunity to practice in a wide variety of cases including Obstetrics and to work with a large team of anesthesiologists and CRNA's

    The work hours are flexible and a wide variety of shifts are available for the right candidates.

    The work culture is supportive , with the latest equipment and safety a top priority.

    • Masters or Doctoral degree in Anesthesia
    • Bachelor's degree in Science related field or Nursing
    • Current Board Certification by NBCRNA
    • Current NYS licensure
    • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required prior to hire
