- Grant Procurement Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue federal grant opportunities relevant to the municipality's goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective grant procurement processes.
- Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to understand grant requirements and objectives.
- Prepare grant proposals, applications, and supporting documentation in accordance with federal guidelines and deadlines.

- Training and Support:

- Serve as a subject matter expert on federal grants compliance, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.
- Foster a culture of compliance awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, grants management, or related field, with a focus on federal grants compliance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal grant regulations, including but not limited to Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully securing and managing federal grants in a government or non-profit environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in grant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
