- Extensive background in marketing offer management across multiple banking products
- Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end Offer Management marketing platforms
- Experienced software product leader in financial services, preferably in offer management
- Familiarity with marketing data and associated data modeling
- Product expertise in leading teams through roadmap prioritization, budgeting, release delivery, testing, and key results
- Operational experience in strategizing, constructing, and maintaining operations
- Proficient in stakeholder management
- Agile delivery proficiency
- Skill in managing a geographically dispersed team within a highly matrixed organization

This position will involve leading software product management, focusing on overseeing the Offer Management marketing ecosystem from end to end. The team manages tools for offer setup, rules engines, offer databases, and related systems to ensure smooth offer operations.
Your main responsibility will be to steer our offer management platform strategy aimed at attracting new customers and strengthening relationships with existing ones. This entails leading a team of marketing platform experts specializing in marketing offers, data flows, and operational procedures. This field is rapidly expanding and is crucial for achieving our business goals of increasing deposits and credit card usage. A key part of the role is to ensure Wells Fargo effectively leverages modern technology to drive business benefits through marketing partnerships.
The Director will act as a seasoned leader in product management for our marketing offer capabilities, overseeing offer fulfillment and execution. This individual will be accountable for all product-related decisions, including roadmap prioritization, budgeting, release delivery, testing, and the key results driven by these efforts. Previous experience with offer management platforms in the financial services sector would be highly valued.
