- Prepare and file trademark applications (US and foreign)
- Prepare legal documents and materials
- Oversee trademark docket from application through registration
- Perform research in USPTO, WIPO, and other trademark resources
- Manage confidential client information
- Salary Range: $85-95k annually, based on experience

- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years' Trademark Paralegal experience
- Must have paralegal certificate
